Bronson Creative Feature Film Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor:
This giveaway is hosted by Bronson Creative (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins at 12:00 PM PST on October 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 17, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter:
During the Giveaway Period, participants must:

  1. Follow @bronsoncreative on Instagram.

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Comment their favorite film genre on the post.

  4. (Optional bonus entry) Watch the linked YouTube video and include their favorite moment in the comment.

5. Prize:
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) physical copy of Bronson Creative’s feature film. Approximate retail value: $25. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries within 48 hours of the giveaway end date. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Shipping:
Prizes will be shipped free of charge to U.S. addresses only. International entries are not eligible.

8. General Conditions:

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

  • One (1) entry per person. Bonus entries do not increase odds of winning beyond the official selection process.

  • Entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated means will be disqualified.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

9. Release:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from all liability and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

10. Privacy:
Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

11. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
