Little Hand | DVD and Digital
Thank you for considering supporting self-distributed films on physical media. As an independent filmmaker, it is important to me that my work lives beyond the internet. Your support helps in this mission.
“Little Hand” was my second feature film with Moondog Media. After seeing multiple micro-budget feature films in multiple festivals that involved a failing relationship, we set out to make our own version of that story. Almost exclusively set in one apartment, we wanted to challenge the idea of what micro-budget cinema could be.
“Little Hand” was shot in the summer of 2016 in Los Angeles and premiered at The Rebel Film Festival in Plymouth UK, followed by an official selection to the Raindance Film Festival in London in 2017.
I hope this film inspires others to tell original stories, and not mimic. There are already enough stories out there that aren’t yours, so make your own version. When we started filming we knew we wanted to play with expectation and how films are structured. “Little Hand” is my contribution to the single location, minimal cast films, and I hope it inspires you to live in the moment and enjoy the journey.
